Roof & Attic

Roof-covering materials, gutters, downspouts, vents, flashing, skylights, chimneys, & other roof penetrations, attic roof sheathing, insulation & ventilation

Exterior

Exterior wall coverings, trim, representative number of windows, doors, walkways, stairs, handrails, decks & patios, soil grading at foundation

Foundation

Readily accessible & visible interior and exterior foundation walls and crawlspaces

Electrical

Electric meter & base, electrical panel, GFCI receptacles, AFCI protected breakers, presence of smoke & carbon monoxide detectors

Heating & Cooling

Heating & cooling system(s) using normal operating controls, & readily accessible air filters

Plumbing

Observe sinks, toilets & shutoff valves for leaks, sinks, test tubs & showers for functional drainage, flush toilets for proper operation, water heating & sump pump equipment

Fireplace

Readily accessible & visible portions of fireplaces & chimneys

*A Minimum of 2 Annual Reviews are required to qualify for the $275 price per review. If the Annual Review subscription is canceled before the 2nd review has been paid for, it will be converted to a One-Time Home Review, and the difference of $100 will be charged.

**A Minimum of 2 Biennial Reviews are required to qualify for the $325 price per review. If the Biennial Review subscription is canceled before the 2nd review has been paid for, it will be converted to a One-Time Home Review, and the difference of $50 will be charged.
